By downloading or using any of our apps you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Use of the App
Our apps are intended for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to reverse-engineer it, or use it in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
In-App Purchases
Some of our apps offer in-app purchases. All purchases are processed through the Google Play Store and are subject to Google's terms and conditions. We do not handle payment information directly. Purchases are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law or Google Play's refund policy.
Advertising
Some of our apps display advertisements served by third-party networks. We are not responsible for the content of those advertisements or the practices of the advertising networks.
Intellectual Property
All content, design, and code within our apps is the property of easternspark and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without prior written permission.
No Warranty
Our apps are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability. We make no guarantee that any app will remain available, be free of errors, or be updated on any particular schedule.
No Support Obligation
We are not obligated to provide technical support, maintenance, updates, or bug fixes for any of our apps. Responses to support requests are made on a best-effort basis and may be subject to delays.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, easternspark shall not be liable for any damages of any kind — including direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages — arising from your use of, or inability to use, our apps, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with any app is to stop using it.
Your Data
Some of our apps allow you to enter personally identifiable information such as names, phone numbers, and email addresses. All such data is stored exclusively on your device. We have no servers and no means of accessing, transmitting, or recovering your data. You are solely responsible for managing, backing up, and deleting any data you enter. We accept no liability for data loss resulting from uninstalling the app, device failure, or any other cause.
Third-Party Links & Services
Our apps may contain links to third-party websites or integrate third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, terms, or privacy practices of those third parties and encourage you to review them independently.
We also cannot control or speak to what the Android operating system or Google Play Services may collect on your device independently of our apps. Please refer to Google's terms and privacy policy for that information.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of any of our apps after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
